Verification of contract Documents and Project Specification.
Making the Tender queries to get clarifications.
Review the scope of work based on construction drawings and contract conditions.
Quantity Take off as per site & Escalation cost claiming.
Preparation and follow up of variations if and when required.
Monitoring the Budget and making sure the project does not go over.
Preparing the Cash Flow program for the Project.
Prepare the Details quantity of as per the approved drawing and ensure the
actual quantity done at site, if it\'s difference then claim the variation along the
running bill accounts with the approval of Consultant and clients.
Preparing Interim Bill Based on the monthly Progress.
Prepare cost and value comparisons on a monthly basis.
Identify the required potential sub-contractors and obtain competitive prices.
Certifying the Payment Certificate for the Sub contractor work done.
Communicating with Client/Consultant/Sub-Contractor as per the professional
requirement.
Monitoring the progress and submitting the reports to the Project Manager
