Team Leader - Freelancer
Graduate training program targeting workplace readiness for Abu Dhabi Power Corporation (in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Global Market)
Job Description:
*Project Work and Business Case Report: guidance to teams and individuals on researching skills, writing business reports, delivering the right messages, public speaking and presentation skills
*Group Coaching: mainly targeting topics such as teamwork, understanding similarities and differences within teams, tasks planning, result orientation, communication, work dynamics and ethics
*Individual Coaching: one to one coaching sessions to identify the potential and the areas of improvement for each individual, setting collaboratively individual short term and long term goals (both personal and professional), creating IDPs and assessing individual performance/potential
*Assessment: design of assessment tools and evaluating regularly the performance and achievements of each individual
*Field Work: accompanying and observing the graduates during seminars and site visits and reflecting on their ability to link hands on experience to project work and their ability to generate new ideas
