Solution Design Team Leader
Achievement:
Led end-to-end foundation development for BI network capacity & performance framework from data sets collection to visualization development.

RAN Performance Engineer
Achievements:
Introduced LTE performance monitoring guiding principles and methods, that served as an organizational reference for all projects worked on.
Completed a pilot project to collect UX measurements relying on company’s technician handsets roaming across Quebec and saved 400k$ in yearly OPEX.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed third parties’ partnership across all phases of the tools lifecycle from (RFP, POC, integration into the overall IT ecosystem, support management, upgrades…).
Supervised developer teams from multiple vendor adding new features and developing fixes on their products.
Responsible for all performance engineering and development of the configuration for all features in the RAN.

Drove LTE RF Optimization alongside company’s partner (Multi-Operator Core Network – MOCN).
Defined KPIs to measure LTE RF network performances and produced a high-level management report highlighting the LTE network rollout progress as well as the radio performances.
